Terms of Sales
Because each piece is an original work of art created specifically for you, all sales are final.

Pricing
All prices shown on this website are retail prices and do not include any applicable sales tax or shipping fee.

Sales Taxes
We charge 6% sales tax to residents of Connecticut. Shipments to other locations will not be charged sales tax.

Shipping & Handling Fees
There is no additional charge for standard shipping and handling within the continental US. Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping, or shipments outside the continental US. Please call us for a specific quote.

Shipping Method
We take great care to insure your artwork will arrive undamaged and in a reasonable timeframe. We typically ship via Priority Mail (US Postal Service) which is normally delivered within 2 to 3 business days of shipment.  International shipments will use the most cost effective shipping services available and agreed upon by the customer before any shipping transaction is made. All shipments are insured for actual purchase value.

Payment Methods
We accept personal checks, money orders, or cash (for local pickups only, in Wethersfield, CT). Shipment of orders paid by personal check will be delayed pending clearance of funds.

Returns / Refunds
Because each piece is an original work of art created specifically for you, no returns or refunds will be allowed.

Vendor Selection
As conscientious citizens, we choose to do business with vendors from countries that practice fair trade and do not exploit the people who manufacture these goods. We want to be sure no child labor is used and that the workers are treated humanely. We also want to do our part in keeping as many jobs as possible in the U.S.

• Les uses paper that is manufactured in the United States.
• Les uses pens that are imported from Japan.
• We only use frames that are made in the United States.

Personal information (including but not limited to email addresses and payment data) provided by customers and users of this website will be held in the strictest confidence. We will not share your personal data with any other parties.
